GENERAL TERMS- Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service. These terms apply to my book cover portfolio project.- Drawings I create may be used on my social media or portfolio. This is a project centered around helping me enter the industry, so having portfolio pieces is incredibly important.- Please credit my art somewhere if it is used for the final product.PAYMENT- I only accept payment in USD either through paypal or venmo.- For my portfolio project, it will be on a "pay what you can" basis, with a $200 minimum. I am flexible to discuss options if needed!- All payment must be processed before I send an unwatermarked + high quality version of the final product.PROCESS AND DELIVERY- Throughout the commission process, I will send you multiple updates on the commission to see if there are any revisions that need to be made. These stages include: concept sketch, revised/clean sketch(es), flat colors, rendering work in progress, and final piece.- If a piece is not paid for in full after the concept sketch phase, there will be a watermark on the piece until completion.- You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price. A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 weeks - 1 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.- Once the piece is completed, you will receive the full piece on your platform of choice!REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY- The buyer is not allowed a refund once the concept sketch has been approved. If for any reason I am unable to continue with/complete your commission you will receive a full refund.COMMISSIONER SATISFACTION- My final goal through my commissions is to make my clients happy! If there is a term that you are not comfortable with or if something in the commission process is not meeting your expectations, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
